With our many years of experience in the field of landscape architecture, we have developed a keen understanding of local architecture and garden traditions. We design both residential and commercial projects and are known for our high level of craftsmanship and rich detailing.

We are always excited to build our own designs, and are able to ensure a smooth transition from the first, broad concept through the completion of construction. The design-build process offers us the opportunity to seamlessly transition between design and implementation, with a hands-on knowledge of construction, as well as a proven sensibility to cost.

CHATTANOOGA LANDSCAPE PORTFOLIO
Nestled across seven serene acres atop Signal Mountain, this project was envisioned as a retreat for gathering and celebration. Our client asked us to design and build a one-of-a-kind space where family and friends could come together in comfort and style.
At the heart of the property stands a striking heavy-timber pavilion, complete with a grand fireplace and an expansive BBQ and bar area. A hidden television elegantly lowers into the bar when not in use, maintaining the clean lines of the design. To ensure year-round enjoyment, we integrated infrared heaters that provide warmth during the cooler months.
Throughout the landscape, 140 tons of stone were used to craft graceful flagstone walkways that wind through the garden, inviting quiet moments of exploration. Natural riverbeds were also incorporated to channel runoff water, blending functionality with beauty. Scattered across the property are intimate sitting areas-including one anchored by a custom fire pit-offering perfect spots for rest and relaxation.

Signal Mountain, Tennessee
This five-acre property, nestled in the scenic landscape of Signal Mountain, faced severe erosion challenges caused by runoff water, resulting in the loss of a substantial number of trees. To restore the land's natural balance, our landscape architect and team designed a comprehensive water management solution that captures and channels the property's underground water. We created 800 feet of meandering natural creeks that follow the site's original runoff patterns, blending seamlessly with the terrain. The creek beds are carefully stabilized with erosion control fabric, strategically placed boulders, and river rock, ensuring both structural integrity and aesthetic harmony with the surrounding environment.
